This disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions under which Automodules.uk agrees to install customer-provided equipment in vehicles. By choosing to have your own hardware installed by Automodules.uk, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
1. Customer-Supplied Equipment Disclaimer
Where a customer provides their own equipment (including but not limited to dashcams, DVR systems, telematics devices, wiring kits, power supplies, mounts, or accessories), Automodules.uk will install the equipment on a best-effort basis and accepts no responsibility for:

- Faults, defects, or failures arising from the supplied equipment
- Incompatibility with the customer’s vehicle, electrical system, or mounting points
- Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts supplied by the customer
- Performance issues, poor video quality, or unreliable operation
- Software, firmware, app, or connectivity problems
- Any future malfunction, intermittent fault, or operational failure
3. Installation Limitations and Responsibilities

Automodules.uk will not modify, repair, or alter customer-supplied equipment beyond what is required
for installation, and will not be liable for any damage caused by:
- Pre-existing faults or damage to the equipment
- Improper handling, storage, or transportation by the customer
- Use of non-OEM or incompatible accessories
- Installation in unsuitable vehicles or environments
- Incorrect wiring kits
- Unsafe or non-OEM power adapters
- Low-quality or counterfeit products
- Devices that draw excessive current or cause battery drain
- Equipment that does not meet UK safety or regulatory standards
4. Right to Refuse Installation
- If the supplied equipment is deemed unsafe, incompatible, or likely to cause damage,

- By proceeding with the installation, the customer confirms that:
- The equipment is complete, functional, and suitable for their vehicle
